Starz Lacrosse Frequently Asked Questions

REFUND POLICY:  We issue refunds on a case-by-case basis!

Refunds are NOT issued after the season has started (Tryout fees are NOT refunded after the tryout date and Session fees are NOT refunded after the first Starz practice).

***Please note that due to online registration, we cannot reimburse credit card fees associated with your registration on Active.com or the additional fees that Starz pays, therefore if you do receive a reimbursement, it will be for 95% of the original amount. ***

* Tryout info, fields, times, games, schedules...they will be posted on the site as soon as they are available!  If this information is not on your clubs site, it is not available at this time.  Please check back.

* Did you make the team? If you are uncertain and do not see a roster online, please email your club contact. You will find their email on the club's homepage.

* If you missed tryouts...in general, you must wait for the next session. However, you may want to email the club contact with your specific situation. You will find their email on the club's homepage.

* If you did not get a confirmation email when you registered and paid for a program, make sure you are checking the email of your account on record AND make sure that you do not have a spam filter that is blocking a message from an @starzlax.com address.

Q. I would like to play Starz, but I do not know where to start or who to contact?

A: Email info@starzlax.com with your name, hometown, school, position and grade. We will get back to you and put you in touch with the appropriate director to get you on the field as soon as possible.

Q. Does everyone have to tryout? And when are tryouts?
A.Tryouts vary by team. Please visit your team page on the website for your information. Tryout dates and registration information will be posted online as soon as it becomes available.

Q. What is a US Lacrosse number? Where do I get one and why do I need it?
A. When you join US Lacrosse they will provide you with a membership number. You can do this on their website, http://www.uslacrosse.org. A membership provides you with accident coverage and allows us to rent fields with the proper insurance coverages.

Q. My child has made the team - how do I pay the season fees?
A. First you must login on the club site your child is playing for (left side column).

Second, click the registration link on the club page.  Log in with your user name and password for Active.com.  If you do not have a username with Active.com, you can register for one at www.active.com.

Q. I am having trouble registering - who should I contact?

A. The registration system is through www.active.com. Please contact The Active Network's customer service line directly at 877-228-4881 or via email at support@active.com and they will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Q. Who do I contact for information about the season schedule?
A. Nobody yet! The Jamboree dates will be posted on the main schedule tab as soon as it becomes available for each season. Click HERE for a game schedule.
